How does RupayBill work?

RupayBill allows you to manage orders, inventory, billing, and receipts easily from your mobile. Simply add items, generate bills, and print receipts via Bluetooth printers.

Do I need a printer to use RupayBill?

You can use RupayBill without a printer for billing and inventory management. However, to print receipts, a Bluetooth thermal printer (58mm or 80mm) is required.

How do I add my business information?

Go to Business Settings, fill out your business name, address, GST details, and save. This information will automatically show on your printed bills.

Can I manage multiple businesses with RupayBill?

Yes, RupayBill supports multi-business management. You can add multiple businesses and switch between them easily from the side menu.

How do I customize GST and Discount on a bill?

Before saving or printing, you can adjust GST (%) and Discount amount directly on the Receipt Preview screen using plus/minus controls.

Is there a dark mode available?

Yes, RupayBill supports both Dark and Light modes. You can toggle dark mode from the menu under your profile settings.

How does OTP login work?

Enter your mobile number, and you’ll receive a 4-digit OTP. Enter the OTP to securely login without needing a password.

Can I update items in the Inventory?

Yes, you can add, edit, or delete items in your inventory directly from the Inventory Manager screen.

How do I sync my bills across devices?

Your bills are automatically synced online when your device is connected to the internet. You can also manually sync from the Home screen.

What happens if I lose internet connection?

No worries! RupayBill works offline. All bills and orders are saved locally and synced to the server once you are back online.
